Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy of Springfield villas, a villa project from M/s Harshith Infra and Developers obeys the following clauses and per the rules of the company policy.
Clause A: 5 percent of the unit value is forfeited and the balance amount is paid within 90 days from the day of request for Cancellation or the full money paid so far will be refunded after 6 months from the day of request for cancellation.
Clause B: In case of cancellation in midway of the project, a 20 percent of the total asset value plus the applicable amenities shall be forfeited as the cancellation charges.
